I’m often asked why we created Nomad Internet. The short answer? Because too many people were being left behind. The long answer is rooted in lived experience, real stories, and a mission to make connection possible—no matter where you call home. Before Nomad Internet , rural and remote communities were treated like afterthoughts. Big providers focused on cities, suburbs, and profit margins. If you lived in a small town, on a farm, or in an RV, you were lucky to get a signal—let alone a stable, fast one. I knew this reality firsthand . I saw families struggle to homeschool , remote workers losing jobs because of dropped calls, and entire communities stuck in the digital dark. That’s why we started Nomad Internet.
